    It may certainly be a support for your everyday life, whether you suffer from anxiety or simply want to create a healthy habit. I personally found the app was not quite user friendly to navigate, and also very pricy. So I decided to unsubscribe... the only thing is that I had to look for instructions as there are no pages/indications to do it! Not nice. It’s a shame, I enjoyed the recordings I was listening to, though these difficulties let me down a little. ...still trying to unsubscribe.

    Senza che richiedessi niente hanno chiesto un pagamento per la versione premium, che non intendo in nessun modo acquistare, dopo aver aperto l’app una volta (e usata per cinque minuti!).

    I’m college student suffering from depression and anxiety and this app has really been helping me to improve my wellbeing. It has mindfulness practices divided into situations where they are needed, e.g. there are practices for improving your focus, calming your anxiety, reducing stress etc. You won’t find some random exercise like body scan and stuff like that you don’t know in which situation you have to practice them. You have the section where there are practices you can apply in every daily situation either. It’s the “on the go” section - where there are exercises thought for practicing as you are taking the bus or you are walking on the street etc.

    Uso questa app da un paio di mesi e da quando l’ho scoperta non riesco a vivere senza. Nonostante le meditazioni gratuite siano limitate io credo che siano più che sufficienti, dopo tutto sono riuscita a creare una routine che per me funziona, mi è stato insegnato a respirare, a meditare ed a riflettere. Mi sento soddisfatta, calma e pronta ad affrontare la vita.

    Fate attenzione, oggi ho scaricato l’app ed in realtà la mia prova gratuita sarebbe terminata in una settimana, allo scadere della quale si sarebbe automaticamente attivato un abbonamento annuale di 100€! Più che eliminare lo stress, questa app me lo ha fatto aumentare con il timore che mi venisse addebitata quella cifra.

    Peccato che molte sessioni siano a pagamento..però quelle gratuite sono ottime. Uso la tecnica della meditazione soprattutto per dormire e questa app mi ha aiutato molto!!
