    Ho iniziato ad allenarmi a casa grazie a Ste fit e non smetterò mai di ringraziarla. L app è strepitosa, hai tanta offerta di allenamenti sia preimpostati sia in contemporanea con lei (i miei preferiti), di 20 min o anche di 45 min (in modo da adattarsi al meglio alle proprie esigenze) e posso assicurare che i risultati arrivano alla grande! C’è anche una sezione dedicata allo stretching che è di grande aiuto. Oltre all’allenamento poi, troviamo anche ricette e consigli alimentari davvero ottimi. La consiglio vivamente!
