Have always liked the app and I’ve been inconsistently using it for 5 years now. After one of the last updates, it became unusable. Now you have to wait 3 days to restore only 1 chat with 70 smiles (10 free smiles a day * 3 = 30 + 15 from watching ads a day * 3 = 45), which is totally unfair. Not only that: if you use smiles to unlock a single chat, then you can’t match with anyone (would have only 5 extra smiles every 3 days to try to match with people). I do understand the need to monetise the product, but now they are basically forcing you to have a subscription, otherwise you almost can’t use it. My suggestions are: - Reduce the amount of time needed to unlock one chat (either by reducing smiles needed or by increasing daily smiles); - Make it so that, if a user writes to you, the chat is unlocked for both; - They could potentially keep things unchanged and allow us to gain more smiles by watching more ads each day. Sure, it’s a pain, but both of us can get what we want. This way it’s going to be easier for people who don’t want to / can’t pay each month for a subscription, while still monetising with ads and people who can afford to pay monthly.

I'm very sorry because I used this app time ago and I found it very safe. Definitely one of the best apps out there. Unfortunately I reactivated my account a couple of weeks ago and I encountered at least 5 scams about investments in bitcoin and cryptocurrency. It's a shame...

con l’ultimo aggiornamento è possibile chattare solo con 5 match in modalità free, quindi dopo 1 anno di utilizzo, posso dire addio a questa app e passare ad altro

Uso quest app da diversi anni sopratutto nel periodo prima di partire a studiare in Giappone, ed era perfetta, si conosceva gente (la quale sento ormai su altri social) e tutto andava bene, l’ho recentemente riscaricata per curiosità e per gli uomini ce un limite di 4 sole chat, avrei capito nel caso in cui fossero solo 4 chat attivabili e nel caso si chiudesse una si sarebbe potuto aprire un altra, invece no, 4 chat possibili punto, se ne vuoi altre devi pagare un abbonamento di 20 euro mensili, da fuori di testa spero si ritorni al app di prima che dava davvero tante possibilità agli utenti anche gratuitamente poiché così è letteralmente inutile

Funziona molto bene è simpatica perche puoi inviare richieste di amicizia e non essere ghostato così a prescindere. Speriamo non diventi tutta a pagamento come tinder.
