In this practice, it is known that the yeast fermentation process is ideal at 25 °C. However, it is necessary to analyze and modify the pH of the process to achieve the best performance in fermentation. The simulator recreates a biotechnology laboratory with a heating plate, a pH meter, a yeast meter, a flask, and a measuring cylinder, among other instruments.
