    Ho installato l’app ma devo pagare 20 euro per usarla. Non c’è niente di gratis e devi pagare obbligatoriamente. Male’

  • Grandissima varietà di esercizi

    Sono fedele a questa app già da qualche anno. Offre un’ampissima varietà di esercizi (yoga, pilates, barre, hiit, mindfulness, meditazione, fitness…) a diversi livelli e bravissimi istruttori con stili molto diversi, scenari molto belli. È talmente versatile che mi capita di usarla più volte al giorno. Con l’ultimo aggiornamento mi sembra sia migliorata la ricerca e l’archivio delle lezioni/serie favorite… purtroppo mi da un po’ di problemi tecnici in particolare sull’iPad (blocchi, logout…). Comunque un ottimo investimento, la consiglio!

    Ho pagato una membership da 6 mesi attraverso Apple pay ma ciò non compare nell’ app …. Quindi non posso fare nessuna lezione perché mi invita a pagare nuovamente …

    Ho pagato e dopo un minuto non mi ha più fatto ad accedere ai video, ho chiamato il servizio clienti e il numero lo da inesistente, ho mandato mail nessuno mi ha ancora risposto, servizio orribile spero di ricevere un rimborso o che mi risolvono il problema se no si procederà per vie legali per truffa

    Absolutely useless customer service. Made subscription, cannot access the videos. Made the purchase through my apple account (verified by the official app) but they cannot unlock the account for me.

  • Disappointing Customer Service

    I’ve never been so frustrated with an app’s customer service. I purchased a one-year subscription through my Apple account on December 31st and still, a week later, I cannot use it. The app says my subscription is inactive, and I never even received a confirmation email from Alo Moves. I contacted their support team the same day I made the purchase, but it’s been seven days without any response. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Alo Moves. In the past, they accidentally charged me for a subscription, and it took them days to reply and resolve it. It’s extremely disappointing that a company of this size has such poor communication and service. If I can’t use the subscription I paid for, what’s the point of even offering it? I feel like I’m losing money every day because they can’t handle basic customer support. Until they improve their support system and resolve ongoing issues faster, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

    The program is amazing, and the app has everything you need but it needs a little work, because it stops responding often and has to be closed and reopened each time for it to work. Also, it would be great to have captions in the videos :) But overall I’m loving Alo moves!

  • Non riesco più ad accedervi

    Dopo aver cambiato telefono, non riesco più ad accedere al mio account. Ho contattato l’assistenza, senza ricevere risposta. L’app di per sé è ben fatta e gli insegnanti molto validi, ma ho un abbonamento già pagato di cui non posso usufruire.

    Sarà che vengo da i tre mesi di prova di quell’orrore di Apple fitness, ma è fantastica. Permette addirittura di mettere in pausa gli allenamenti e mandare il video alla tv, cosa che ti sogni con l’app di Apple. Ottimo istruttori e classi

  • Probabilmente la migliore app per yoga

    Ottimi contenuti. Video di qualità con insegnanti fantastici. Alcune note tecniche negative: - L’app a volte si blocca e sono costretto a chiuderla e riaprirla. - Alcuni video danno un errore quando si provano ad aprire. - Vorrei poter dare un voto o scrivere delle note private associate ai video. - Vorrei poter organizzare meglio la libreria.
