Che nel 2025 ci voglia più di una giornata per approvare l’apertura di un profilo sulla propria piattaforma é oramai abbastanza infrequente e raro, ma che ci voglia più di una settimana e non avere ancora sbloccato la situazione è assurdo. App oggettivamente antiquata è inutile visto che non son riuscito a iscrivermi. Non sono più interessato a creare un profilo

Nearly 6 months ago, I registered the Tandem account, but the app keeps showing that I should wait until my application was checked. I waited and waited, but I still can’t log in. Then I wrote an email to the Tandem team and reported the issue. But one of the team members told me my account was banned! This is a mistake by one of your team members. This is ridiculous! how could I be banned before I even logged in??You didn't look for technical reasons, you just used robots to reply to emails. Please check and fix the problem as soon as possible

I’ve been using this app since its launch in 2015, and you’re really ruining the experience it once offered. There’s now far too much advertising, and on top of that, you’re making us pay just to see who’s online? Ridiculous! The language-learning options have also been limited to just one—something that used to be free. You’re getting so greedy, worsening the app all for the sake of money and ruining even the most basic user experience. At this point, there’s hardly any reason to keep using it—it’s become that bad!

Good app but I’m unable to properly complete the account creation since it doesn’t provide any other option besides Female or Male I believe this is just a misconception At least a prefer not to answer would be nice Thanks

I have been using Tandem since 2020, and as of late there have been some very big changes regarding the free plan of the app, even for the most basic stuff like searching by country now is only on the Pro version, which is a big shame: I undsrstand the developers need profit, but it feels sooo forced to have these big changes in a matter of a month. First the online status, then the single language option, now the country search, what are you going to limit next? Sending only a message a day for free? Huge disappointment

La gente non la usa per le giuste ragioni: è un app di incontri praticamente.

Come uomo, se scrivi alle donne, non rispondono o, se lo fanno, spariscono dopo il secondo messaggio. E se scrivi agli uomini, non rispondono perché vogliono parlare solo con le donne. Ho inviato circa 30 messaggi, solo 4 hanno ricevuto risposta e, dopo un po’, sono stato ignorato. Ho acquistato la versione PRO per vedere se qualcosa sarebbe cambiato, ma tutto è rimasto uguale, quindi ho dovuto chiedere un rimborso. Se vuoi imparare o praticare le lingue, usa HelloTalk o Busuu, questa app è inutile, è diventata come Tinder.
