subscription paid but not active (bug)

hi, i recently purchased a yearly subscription via website but when i try to sync it on my app it result in an error: “the receipt is valid but purchased nothing”. since i paid i’d like to be able to read and access other contents… can you help me solve the issue?

This app is too basic and offers less than the website: zooming? nah Its experience on a laptop is not better: text is unredable on a MacBook Air: too small and no ways to make it larger. Inredibly low quality for a "mobile" app.

On the magazine’s content, I have barely anything to say. The app is also very good, with a smooth reading experience especially on the iPad. If I can suggest something would be the sync of bookmarks between devices logged in with the same subscription, so one doesn’t have to resort to other app to read a content later on a different device.

I believe that the publishing house Conde’ Nast must invest some cents in banklike real time software: you subscribe, receive a mail of confirmation, than you are stuck in a Dantesque grotesque Limbo, you DO NOT EXIST for all (both) their information systems. It’s ridiculous, and an insult to such a beautiful weekly I have been reading all my life.
