Acall Meeting is a check-in/check-out application for meeting rooms. ◆ Effective use of meeting rooms Meeting room reservation can be made through Acall Portal and Acall Mobile, our smartphone application. You can also check meeting room availability and check-in to meeting room on Acall Mobile. If a meeting room is available, you can start and even extend the meeting on the spot from Acall Meeting app on the iPad. If the meeting ends earlier than scheduled, exit time is updated to the system in real time, which allows you to maximize the use of available space. ◆ Solve meeting room issues By installing Acall Meeting in your meeting room, you can check meeting agenda and use it as a timekeeper. You can choose your favorite beverage and place order to the person in charge from the meeting room. Reservations that are not checked in on time are automatically cancelled. This solves the problem of meeting room shortages caused by no-shows. ◆ Synchronization with Calendars You can synchronize with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar to reserve meeting rooms.
