It lets you set up reminders for toilet visits and drinks. You can also set the reminder frequency to repeat daily. On the reminder notification, you have the opportunity to record the activity and the volume if you wish. If you have a fixed program in mind for the day, you can create a reminder collection which is a group of reminders separated by a interval, and starts and ends at specified times of the day. There is a simple and clear graphical summary to show the activities that had taken place, including number of toilet visits and drinks throughout the day.
