    Corro da almeno 5 anni, tuttavia con Runna ho raggiunto l’obiettivo di tempo che prima non riuscivo a raggiungere. Questo perché i piani di allenamento sono mirati alla persona. Ottimi anche gli allenamenti che si alternano ai giorni di corsa. Consigliatissimo!

    Uso l’App da poco ma già mi sto trovando molto bene e penso di estendere l’abbonamento ad un intero anno. Uso principalmente applicazione per Apple Watch durante la corsa e gli esercizi accessori e funziona perfettamente. Tutto viene sincronizzato con Apple Health. Meriterebbe 5 stelle ma ne metto quattro fino a quando non sarà disponibile la funzionalità “in famiglia” al fine di sfruttare lo stesso abbonamento all’interno dello stesso nucleo familiare. L’assenza di questa feature potrebbe allontanarci dall’utilizzo.

    Purtroppo non c’è analisi dell’ allenamento , oggi ho fatto 6 km al posto di 29 e non è cambiato niente, mi aspettavo di più da Runna

    Da quando ho scaricato Runna ho ripreso un buon ritmo d’ allenamento sia per la corsa che in palestra. Sono molto soddisfatto degli allenamenti per il running e quelli per la palestra sono ottimi e molto modellabili. In più ogni settimana faccio almeno due sedute di stretching/mobilità proposta dall’ app e devo dire che lavorare 8h al giorno alla scrivania è molto meno doloroso di prima per la schiena!

    I'm training to run my first half marathon. I started by visiting a personal trainer but in the end I switched to Runna which is able to follow me much more closer. The app splits all your runs for you so you can just concentrate on the running and the tech takes care of itself! Recommended!
