    If I could give zero stars, I would. I downloaded the app and paid because the premise sounded great, but the content is absolutely terrible and doesn’t match what was promised. The visuals are clearly AI-generated and poorly edited. Moreover, as I said, you don’t have any kind of look that reflects the style you’d like to achieve. I requested a refund within an hour, but they declined it, citing reasons that go against EU consumer protection laws. Their policy states that refunds are not granted for: • Personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like the product, or it didn’t meet your expectations). • Financial reasons (e.g., you didn’t expect to be charged, didn’t realize the trial would convert into a subscription, or didn’t know the service was paid). This is deceptive and likely illegal. Avoid this service!

    Am shocked by the quality of this app. The looks are horrible - there is no good taste in any of the look. Bantoa is far better. and the additional features are proposed in a way you don’t actually realize you are paying more money I tried to explain to the customer service but they wouldn’t help. Big waste of money for me

    Non ha la possibilità di scegliere la lingua preferita. Devi prenotare e organizzare le call per avere a che fare con lo stilista. Paghi prima ma non ti comunicano cosa realmente offrono. Mi aspettavo dell’altro. Ho solo speso 15€ inutilmente

    Ho accettato di pagare la prima somma per capire il funzionamento dell’app. Non essendo poi interessata al servizio ho disattivato abbonamento e account. Mi sono resa conto poi che mi veniva addebitato il servizio anche dopo la cessazione del stesso. La risposta del customer care è stata un link alle norme sui resi che è totalmente contrario alla normativa UE.

    I was filling in a survey through Facebook which took me to a style plan where I clicked on a 0.99 usd charge. It was not clear at all that I was being charged 34usd per month while I downloaded the app. I feel cheated and would like a refund.

    Avevo pagato un prezzo simbolico di circa €1 per scoprire la palette di colori adatta alle mie caratteristiche. Tuttavia dopo aver pagato mi sono resa conto che non era incluso nel acquisto e solo includeva un suggerimento di abbigliamento fatto da un stilista attraverso una chat scritta ( veramente inutile).... Avevo lasciato perdere il €1 perso perché comunque erano pochi soldi. Sorpresa però... Mi trovo questo mese un pagamento di $30 per una mensilità che si è rinnovata automaticamente!!! Sono stati veramente furbi ;) complimenti. Siete riusciti a prendermi €30 senza alcun servizio utile offerto.

    The app is not very clear on the subscription plan. I’ve purchased entry sigle guides which cost 0,99$. The trial period as they claim is 2 days, I didn’t even click on any T&C to agree for monthly subscription, neither I got the email with the invoice of the payment. I’ve emailed and team replied immediately and my refund is in process. However I don’t trust this app anymore and I wouldn’t go further with any of the features. Really disappointed and very bad customer experience!
