Tutto ciò che serve loda in un click.. per i neofiti: se volete selezionare un altro HDD/SSD: Ingranaggio—>target—>e selezionare una cartella di un sed/hdd esterno—>infine avvia il test —> il test verrà eseguito nel drive selezionato. Grazie !

While it worked perfectly for years on mac mini with intel chip, i' m having issues form day one with mini with soc M2. If i connect a peripheral, for example ssd nvme boxed, max speed 10Gbps, the write speed seem over-perform going thru 14/15Gbps, meantime the reads stay on standard, near 850/900Mbps. It is not about a single device i connect, i am a reviewer, so i can tell maybe i tested 35 devices in 9 months, and i have to face this issue maybe 25 times. Please update, or i have to check another software to test the pendrives/ssd's and also ssd's enclosures, usb C 10Gbps, usb 4 40Gbps. and thunderbolt 4 40 Gbps. Thanks, Luca

I don't understand ... I launch the app, I select the drive I want to test (external ssd) and click on "Speed test start". The application does a write test and fills in the corresponding colums, most green, some red. Ok. Then it runs the read test and it fills in the other colums. Then it does the writing agian, and the reading, and writing, and reading, again and again. I don't understand if the app is working as intened because it test the disk using different file sizes, but I would like to see a countdown for example, or a timer and the expected time for the test to end. I left the pc there working several minutes, it kept going. Weird thing: on the unit I was testing I kept seeing the temp file created and then deleted, and the ap created a new one (the number in the file was chaning) and it kept doing this. That's why I say the app maybe was in loop. I was running it on a Mac Mini M1 with Monterey 12.5 installed.

Ocupa poco spazio. Dopo aver scaricato l'App dall'Appstore, l'ho subito trovata nelle Applicazioni. Lo apro e dopo pochi secondi mi da il risultato. Per chi vuole aver informazioni subito e in maniera semplice per verificare la velocità del Hard-Disc questa app è perfetta.

Davvero semplice ed ottima

Uso un SSD esterno come HD primario. Gli dico di testarlo e mi dice che è in uso e in sola lettura. Gli dico di tesatare l'HD interno nativo dell'iMac, e mi dice che è in uso e in sola lettura. Gli dico di provare con il disco di Time Machine e mi dice che è in uso e insola lettura. Ma che devo fare? Non fa test su HD con su SO, interni, e Time machine che è in uso... Allora a che serve? A vedere la velcoità di dischi formattati? Allora non mne ne faccio nulla. Per provarne tre dovrei fare "Un giro da Ubriaco".

Interfaccia discutibile: molta scena poca chiarezza, molto poco concreto. Purtroppo non c’è un concorrente quindi diventa difficile valutare la concretezza dei dati ottenuti.
