    Dopo che è trascorso un periodo di tempo prestabilito, l'applicazione non si avvia più senza motivo e quindi ti obbliga ad aggiornare. Ho provato infatti a cambiare la data del mio computer, e come la metto indietro funziona nuovamente. Questo è un male poiché non tutti hanno i requisiti per poter aggiornare all'ultima versione!

    Sono stato abbonato per un anno e l'ho utilizzata pochissimo perche graficamente non intuitiva e si bloccava spesso.Ma la cosa peggiore e' stata che mi e' stata rinnovata per un ulteriore anno,senza la mia approvazione e senza nessun avviso.E nonostante io abbia annullato il contratto,e coorisposto numerose volte con loro,ricevendo sempre risposte evasive,ad oggi non ho avuto rinborso.Consiglio vivamente a tutti di non iniziare un rapporto con questi personaggi.(sono dei truffatori !) E spero anche che apple prenda provvedimenti.

    Il programma chiede la vostra email, appena l'avrà inizierà un bombardamento di messaggi pubblicitari. Il termine bombardamento non è stato scelto a caso e non è esagerato. Per APPLE. Serietà è anche prendere provvedimenti contro questi atti di criminalità informatica.

    Siete un team di avidi irresponsabili, non avete minimamente contemplato l’opportunità di una transizione progressiva a quote di pagamento simili a quelle di mercato. La pecca principale della nuova versione è la modularità obbligatoria delle funzioni, politica commerciale completamente sconsiderata e controproducente. Auguro per voi che il futuro mi dia torto, ma per quanto riguarda il presente addio VOX. VLC è gratuito.

    Funzioni che rendevano interessante questo software (che comunque non era gratuito) sono state dirottate nella versione premium, e si pagano più che profumatamente: anzi, sono del tutto fuori mercato rispetto a players ben più performanti (Audirvana, Amarra). Del resto questa è anche la politica Apple: spennare i polli. Ho disinstallato il software Aggiornamento: ho ricevuto giustificazioni francamente ridicole dallo sviluppatore, e non posso che confermare la valutazione assolutamente negativa sulla sua politica commerciale. Vox era un software modesto, rispetto ad applicazioni ben più performanti come Amarra ed Audirvana, ma aveva una sua utilità, che giustificava il piccolo investimento per l’acquisto, dato che comunque non si trattava di software gratuito. L’azienda ha deciso di scorporare alcune funzioni dalla versione a pagamento e renderle disponibili solo nella versione Premium, che costa una cifra irragionevole e del tutto fuori mercato, rispetto a ciò che un software pregevole come Audirvana offre a meno di 80 €, e senza formule assurde di abbonamento! Ho disinstallato Vox, quindi, sebbene lo avessi pagato per funzioni che sono state di fatto tolte. E lo stesso invito a fare altri utenti: non possiamo essere i loro polli da spennare. ma soprattutto, Vox non vale affatto quel denaro. Non accettate il ricatto

    Avevo a suo tempo rilasciato una recensione positiva perché l’app era ottima e l’assistenza efficiente. Ora, alla luce delle politiche commerciali particolarmente voraci e dissennate, mi vedo costretto a disinstallare l’applicazione. Mi auguro che anche altri facciano come me e lascino capire a questa gente che non siamo polli da spennare. Se la tengano la loro app, sul mercato c’é altro e di meglio. Non fatevi derubare!!!!!!!

    Ci sono tanti modi per mettere a pagamento un prodotto OTTIMO, quello che avete fatto voi è assurdo ed insensato. Inoltre questo “vox cloud” o “loop”, tempo fa si poteva disabilitre, adesso è obbligatorio? Mi dispiace perché il prodotto erta davvero buono e avrei preferito pagare n prezzo equo per avere il player semplice che VOX era, non un abbonamento inutile (almeno per me…). Non so che dire, cercherò una alternativa
