The IFI Corporate Secretaries Network is a peer engagement group of the Corporate Secretaries of International Financial Institutions (IFIs). The Network meets annually during the IFI Corporate Secretaries Annual Meeting, which provides the forum for the IFI Corporate Secretaries to share experiences and perspectives on current and topical corporate governance issues relevant to IFIs. Issues addressed at previous meetings have covered a wide range of themes including Board effectiveness and efficiency, Shareholder relations, Board self-evaluation, Innovations in Technology and Sustainability in Board business, Voting arrangements, Information Flow with Governing bodies, Governance reforms, amongst others.
