The Barkan Management Company app is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your residential association. This app will allow you to: - Review association documents - Access owner ledger - Pay dues and fees - Submit and track work orders - Submit architectural requests - Report and respond to bylaw violations The login to the App and the web-based portal is the same. If you do not have a current login, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log in to your account directly from this app.
