This application is intended to be used by Arabian Barq employee to track the process of their jobs in accordance to the developed standard procedures, view their status, expected delivery date, review reports, and many more. 1- App is restricted to company users and users affiliated with the company such as clients or suppliers only. 2- Any company that is our current or potential can become a employee on the app and become a user but only through our companies admin portal. 3- none at this point, later only contact us form will be available if public clients would like to enquire about anything. 4- Through our admin portal only, our clients will submit a formal application through our designated sales team to request an account and then we create the account manually from our end. The app will be used by the facility supervisors to identify jobs received from different clients. Job identification consists of the job number, type of unit, and unit specifications. Jobs will be assigned to technicians through this app after identification. Technicians will use this app to start the work process related to that specific unit (identified by supervisor) based on pre-identified procedures on the webapp which comply with our in-house work procedures. Technicians will be mandated to follow those procedures on step by step basis until the job is completed and delivered back to the client. The job progress is being recorded and stored for admin review and client review whenever required through the web portal.5- there is no paid content, the app is designed to help our clients track the progress of their jobs in our facilities only. To summarize, this is a quality control application that ensures business processes are being followed based upon pre-defined procedures which is accessible to the company and its clients to get real time updates for the jobs and to generate technical reports.
