Neotropical Ichthyology is the official journal of the Brazilian Society of Ichthyology (SBI). It is an international peer-reviewed Open Access journal that publishes original articles and reviews exclusively on the Neotropical marine, estuarine, and freshwater fish diversity. Four issues per year published only online since 2020.
