The concept of off plan sales is somewhat still new in Saudi Arabia. A big gap in the sales process that is happening today is in the communication process between the buyers and the developers during the construction phase of the project. Esrar’s “Wihdaty” application is an interface developed to narrow the gap between the developer and the buyer and build trust between them. “Wihdaty” consists of a tool developed to allow the real estate developers to provide continuous updates for the under-construction units sold to their customers.
