    There is a bug while you add a pdf to the expense, it’s not uploaded correctly, you must use the desktop version.

    Bugs like no tomorrow in the expenses visualization. For instance, the name of the merchant appears randomly on some transactions and I’m not allowed to change it. The list of transactions does not auto-refresh after I edit one. The total money to be refunded doesn’t either (I need to pull down the screen in the main view). The transactions take very long to be automatically detected from the bills. No notification is sent when the analysis is completed. The transactions are not added automatically to standard reports (e.g. June, July....) When taking a picture of a receipt, the camera does not crop it automatically. Receipt scanned from the pictures sometimes appear twice in the report. Considering that the merchant type is often randomly selected, it becomes difficult to find out if a transaction is a mistake, a duplicate, a wrong written one, or a correct one. The app is overall unreliable and managing your transactions requires lots of attention

    I’ve tested many expenses sw and Zoho is definitely the best. Easy to work with for (almost) every employee, many customizations possible to adapt to your company. Makes my life easier helping managing traveling needs of a branch that is 6,500 km far from me; no more emails or excel file regarding business trips; everything in one place, online, with analytics. Mobile app has the same high standard.
